Bidding Policy
By bidding/buying you are agreeing to our terms of sale and policy.
If you have any question about the product or policy, please message us before bidding or buying, but please read through all information to reduce any questions that are answered within the following text.
All contact must be made through the eBay message system, emails sent directly to our email address will not be opened or answered.
We endeavour to answer all messages within 24 hours during working days (Monday to Friday). Responses will take longer if we are contacted within UK Bank holidays and weekends.
If you are not satisfied with our products or service, please contact us before you leave Feedback. We will do our best to resolve it for you as soon as possible.
Shipping & posting
All items are 'in stock'. We will endeavour to ship all items within 48 hours of cleared payment.
Most items will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded post, larger or more expensive items may be sent via courier. Sometimes there are unavoidable delays with postage systems that we cannot be held responsible for. Please consider this before sending us complaints especially over a weekend. If an item is purchased after 3pm on a Friday, its likely it will not be despatched until Monday for regular purchases.
We currently do not send items to international (non uk) bidders, unless stated in the listing. Estimated delivery timescales below. UK: 1-3 working days delivery - Europe: 3-7 working days delivery
Warranty
All items are supplied with a 14 day return to buyer warranty unless otherwise stated. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted and incompatible items, unless the item has been damaged in transit.
For any faulty items please contact us before sending back. All items are security marked or warranty stickered. Items sent back without authorisation or missing the above will not be processed. Please make sure this item is suitable for your needs.
For all returns please ensure you include your ebay & paypal contact details, otherwise refunds will be either impossible or will take some considerable amount of time. We sell a number of similar parts and we cannot be mind readers or keep a mental record of who we send items to.
Payment through paypal
We feel Paypal is the safest form of payment for both the buyer and the seller. Please make sure all items are paid for immediately.
Before bidding, ensure your ebay & paypal address details are correct. We do not have time to double check where we are sending the item. We cannot be held responsible for your different addresses.
Non paying bidders will be reported to eBay and the item will be relisted.
