TERMS OF PAYMENT:

Payment must be received within 4 days of winning the item, regardless of bidding on other items. If payment is not received within 4 days of winning the buyer loses entitlement to postage discount and an unpaid item dispute will be opened. Once the dispute is opened, and we have claimed our Final Value Fee back, items will be relisted and strikes sent immediately.

We are happy to accept Paypal as the preferred method of payment. We do also accept Postal Orders (uncrossed). These must be received by us within 5 working days (please mail through ebay for our address).

We DO NOT accept personal cheques or any form of Bank Transfer etc, so please do not ask, and please do not bid if you cannot pay by any of the methods listed above.

If paying by Paypal, you must pay for the item(s) through E-Bay checkout system. We do not check for direct Paypal payments, so if you do not pay through E-Bay checkout, your item will not be dispatched, and we are not liable for any delays incurred as a result of this. WE ONLY SHIP TO THE UK (ENGLAND, WALES, NORTHERN IRELAND AND SCOTLAND). WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM, SO PLEASE DO NOT ASK. THESE QUESTIONS WILL NOT BE ANSWERED.

Items are dispatched the working day after cleared payment has been received.

Standard delivery is free, but redelivery of failed post by the Royal Mail is charged at £4.99

Warranty does not cover goods lost or damaged whilst in transit. We will only refund you once we have received settlement of our claim with Royal Mail. This is non-negotiable. We do obtain proof of postage on all our items.

Items must still be paid for within 5 days . Collections are possible between 10am and 4pm weekdays. We do not offer collections at weekends. No exceptions.

Warranty

We guarantee that this battery will run for one hour when fully charged. This item comes with a 1 month warranty. The battery comes with a warranty seal, we will only accept returns with the seal still intact that has not been tampered with. If your item is returned with the warranty seal no longer intact, we will not refund or return your item.
