• Next Day Special Delivery available as option (only next working day) if ordered by 1pm
• Orders completed before 1pm are sent the same day
• Saturday delivery is not available at the moment

Returns Policy

If within 7 days of purchase, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your item ship it back to us to 
MCR Laptops, 11-13 Edward Street, Salford, M7 1SN.

Please attach your ebay ID and reason to send it back inside the package. Once we receive the item, we will refund, in full, the price you paid for the item within 7 days of receipt back to us.

Please ensure the item is in original condition sent to you, packed and addressed adequately as the costs/responsibility of returning the item back to us will be yours. We cannot refund any items that we haven't received or received damaged or with missing parts/items.

Replacement:

When we handle returns, defective items will be replaced with the same product. If the same product is not available, you can choose to wait for its arrival, or request a refund or replacement item. We will ship replacement items for defectives at no additional cost.
