Prettiest little trials bike have seen. Runs superb as was rebuilt by old-school guy who knows his Ajays. Hard to find a fault anywhere with running, or cosmetics. New alloy rims, tyres, tank, seat, and stainless spokes etc. Mechanics blueprinted and has run like a watch since. Just check the pics.
Classic 58 trials bike registered and slightly geared up for road, V5 1987. Has horn, lights, dynamo etc with hidden dry 6v battery behind oil tank cover.
Bought along with big Harley as fancied doing some pre 65 trials, but was no good when 18, and at 6ft 2ins, am living in dreamland, so great little bike for someone. Welcome to view before auction ends.
Do £100 Paypal as a deposit. Can get delivered anywhere UK mainland for £100, bit more to Ireland. Can get to Europe, but only good carrier I know is Charles Mortimer, and averages about £350 ish?.......if bidding from overseas please contact to say when would be collecting, and how paying etc. Is quite dinky bike so could get on one of those tow-ball mounts i expect, even in an estate car with minor dismantle.
Build quality is spot on. Check the exhaust, which is work of art.
If into the old trials scene could be a snip.reserve set at below any other have seen. Will be in OBM and Trials mag etc, so reserve possibility of sale before end of auction etc etc. Strong possibility could go abroad, but would be nice if stayed here.....
After another 900 Speed Triple at the moment, and odd Harleys always nice to play with.

Confirm is the rare concave headlamp. Well spotted. Check pics very carefully as detail work is best have seen, with all the correct, and mostly original, parts used throughout.
Battery is a little dry cell Panasonic, and probably not for zapping up the M1, more like meandering to the pub :)
Also confirm starts first kick. Monster spark, and nice new carb, sees to that............If send me your direct email can send the pics through direct and can blow up the pics better on computer etc............Viewing highly recommended, but no dissappointments if have to buy blind...............use J and M couriers and they normally can cope within the week, slightly more to Ireland or Highlands of course............
For something completely different, but still collectable, see the Daytona 1244 Sprint have on as well !!

Lots of queries as to price etc. Can only say there is a Matchless version in OBM 1961 for £4650, and have sent advert to OBM for a future release at £3750 ovno. This is not your normal cobble-up that make over 2k anyway. Be a nice addition to any garage, if it be a collection, or just a single bike to play with at weekends. Doubt if see a better one anywhere.

In answer to queries, the barrell is in fact painted/cast, and there is a small bit off top fin at right/rear. Only noticed by detailed look, as is not obvious. Had to be prompted to look more carefully.
Not now conversant with all minute detail on the old stuff any more, although rode it all in the 60's, so please ask for any detailed pics or specific materials, numbers, dimensions etc etc, and will make sure get an accurate response asap. In those days we just threw together whatever was cheapest, and worked well. Appreciate that now the classic status, and prices, have come in, have to be more critical of what things actually are. If not too far away are most welcome to view bike anytime.

Reserve met, so now effectively on sale to best bid. Never be another one as cheap as this. Will probably get loads of phone calls when OBM and Classic Bike comes out !.......probably should have waited, but like to get things gone, so can buy something else!!...............

Will be at the Builth Wells bike do this weekend, and prob be there when auction ends.....and dont have a clever phone that does internet. Due to an aversion to sleeping on the hard ground, i will probably cop out and ride home each night, and avoid dodgy back, (depends if can avoid the local beer!) so can work out upift and payment etc.
Can get me on 07811778072 anyway, as will have mobile with me......
