Every item is also security marked before dispatch using a variety of different methods to avoid confusion over returned items and prevent fraud. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. We post out items at least once every working day and once on a Saturday morning. We can not post on sundays. Most items by default and subject to size and weight will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Certain items that range in weight from around 750 gramms to 10 kilos will be sent using a trusted and specialist courier service that provides online tracking information with tracking info displayed on your order details page. Very large/heavy/bulky item's will be sent with a national courier service that is specially selected for the job in hand, and will also be able to be tracked these items may need to be booked in with the shippers so it may be that they are not dispatched-collected till the order has been accepted on the next working day. We post items worldwide and everything we send abroad is sent using some form of tracking to avoid problems, again most items sent abroad are sent using the Royal Mail international small packets signed for service subject to their size and weight limits.

Contact about the item / subject if there is a ptoblem is to be made within 7 days of completed transaction - 
and the item having been delivered to you.
 
We dispatch all our items on the same or the next working day as ordered 
and always obtain and keep proof of postage records for both ours and your benifit.

In most cases tracking numbers will automatically be added to the order details page 
if not and you require one then please contact us to request it
 
All the items we dispatch are security marked using various different methods 
some methods are visible and others are discreet this is to eliminate confusion over returned items.

If it transpires that your purchase was ordered in error or by mistake 
or if you no longer want the item 
or it was purchased before asking any questions that may affect your ability to use or require the part 
that you choose to buy and pay for upfront, 
based on the description we provided and that we have described to the best of our knowledge 
then offered for sale as described and pictured ,
Then a refund may be given less a 20% handling / relist re stock charge 
plus the related selling comission fee's that eBay automatically charge us on every sale that happens

we only offer for sale a used part that we have tested and deemed to be working as it should when it was removed from the vehicle we describe
it is your choice too and your responsibility if you do decide to go ahead and buy it

3 - A fee of 20% up to a maximum of £7.50 will be made for any orders cancelled – this charge is to cover our expenses
for the work we have to do in refunding you, which is as follows – pick clean when needed and package the item, 
un pack and re shelve the item, relist the item, deal with e mails in relation to the item / situation and inform eBay and ask 
you to agree to the cancellation of transaction request 
then of course refund your paypal account.

4 – All of our parts are marked before they are dispatched, 
these markings include permanent marker pen and UV pen and in some cases a more permanent method of identification / marking will be used
please do not remove or clean or alter the marks on the part if you are not happy with it and aim to return the part, 
if these marks are not an acurate visible match to us on return no refund can be given and there is no exception to this Rule.
 
5 - Most electrical items sold without corresponding unit will need to be programmed into your vehicle for it to work, 
please check with your Technician to be 100% sure that you Know what is involved for the item to be able to be used 
by you on a different vehicle to the one that it was originally supplied on
before you make a purchase 
and that you are buying the correct part and all related pieces and parts that you may require in order to get use from the item,
you do not want to put yourself in a position where you become an expert after you have purchased the wrong part.

6 – If an item has been delayed or possibly even lost by the courier, 
we can send you another one if we have it in stock 
but payment of the replacement item will be needed before we send you the item. 
If we have not got another one in stock 
you have the choice of looking for another one from a different suppllier 
or waiting for the delayed / lost item to be found, 
only after 15 days since the date of dispatch on standard UK mainland orders 
will the Courier recognise or allow a claim for the item being lost
(it could well be a longer period for international orders) 
and the time period for this rests not with us 
but the individual delivery service provider 
only after 15 days for most standard UK mainland deliveries, 
can we start a claim on your behalf for the item against the Courier / delivery service provider, 
we have no control over how long a claim may take to resolve
Once a claim is completed and succsefull and only then can we can reimburse you. 
Unfortunaley it has to be done in this way as they will usually only deal with the person or people that made the booking 
and that they collected or recieved the item from 
Please remember you have asked us to send you the item via a trusted delivery service if you do not collect the item yourself 
and in this respect we are only acting as your agents and on your behalf
Having an item delivered is a seperate undertaking from the actual purchase of the item you made from us and any problems with the actual item
So please understand and be aware that there is obviously a risk of loss or damage happening during the delivery process 
and this is not and can not be considered our fault
We all have to abide by the Couriers rules.it would not be fair to place the burden of fault or blame onto us 
the option is availabe on all items for you to collect in person but if you decide you want us to send it out by post or courier

ITEMS RETURNS POLICY

Our returns policy has been carefully put together to give a clear guide line for both party’s to follow and understand if an item has to be returned. 

1. - All returns for whatever reason is at your expense, this is because there is a element of risk sending a item out by a Courier and not collecting it yourself, 
this risk is at your cost because you are asking us to send the item by Courier, it is not fair that you ask us to send a item and we have to pay for that risk if the item has to be returned 

2 - All returns must be authorised, please contact us within 7 Days of receiving your item to be eligible for a refund and to let us know the reason for the return after 7 Days no refunds.
and all items to be returned  must arrive back with us within 14 days of  the sale date

3 - Refunds cannot be given until the item has been returned and has been inspected.
 
4 - Items incorrectly ordered can be returned for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee, if we have the correct item please purchase it using your ebay account.
 
5 - Items no longer required can be returned for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. 

6 - All electrical items purchased in error will not be accepted back. 

7 - If returning an item please return the item in its original packing and include a cover note explaining why it is being returned and the item number. Your user I.D and the date purchased
