Delivery:

Our goods are shipped direct from our manufactures factory in China. Delivery takes between 4 and 15 working days (but is often at the quicker end of that scale).
 
Receiving Your Delivery

Returns and Refunds
All of our products come with a 12 month warranty.
Less than 1% of all  shipped products are subject to any warranty or quality issues.
In the unlikely event there is a quality defect that causes the device to be unacceptable for sale or unusable during the 12 months after dispatch from our warehouse, we will accept a return.
When we receive the goods back in China we will either repair the item, or offer full credit towards ordering a replacement.
For returned goods requiring repair or credit, still covered under warranty, shipping costs to return the products to our warehouse in China are payable by you. We do not provide return shipping compensation in this situation.
Physical damage to a product caused by the enduser; opening products (e.g. to repair or modify components), flashing the firmware or using non-approved software invalidates the warranty.

Customs
(99% of all our products pass straight through customs without an issue - in the unlikely event that it is stopped at customs only a nominal fee ( a few percent maximum) would ever be charged)
