Items sent via UPS will have 2 delivery attempts within 3 working
days. If these 2 attempts are unsuccessful items are returned to our warehouse
and a redelivery/restocking fee will be charged.

IMPORTANT: If a UK shipment requires a signature; it is important that someone is available to sign for receipt of goods during business hours (9am- 6pm)

Any goods returned to us due to the courier not being able to receive a signature will be
re-charged a postage fee!

International Customers

All international customers should provide a valid contact telephone, mobile or cell phone number. Full address, postcode/zip code should be provided to avoid delays in processing orders. Should the customer provide an incomplete address, which results in the product being returned, the customer shall be responsible for the shipping cost to re send the item.

Please Note: Shipping charges for countries outside the European Union may vary, it is advisable to contact us first for shipping quote before placing an order with us. This will avoid any delays to your order and unexpected additional costs.

We will endeavor to represent the item as accurately as possible.

Please make sure that you have read the listing thoroughly as we cannot be held responsible for providing items not listed in the sale, such as, accessories, software or documentation.

Returning a fully functioning product:

You may return a product for a refund within 14 calendar days after shipping of your order. This is in line with the DSR – distant Selling Regulation. All items must be returned in a resalable condition in its original packaging with all accessories included where applicable. The buyer must pay all postage and handling costs incurred by the buyer during the returning of item.

Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, postage and packing is not refundable. Please follow the returns procedure as outlined below. Dead on arrival (DOA) and incorrect products must be reported within 5 days from date receipt.

Returns Procedure

Returning a faulty or incorrectly described goods:

Faulty items or items that do not meet with customer’s expectations may be returned within 14 calendar days. If an item develops a fault within the warranty period, please email to outline the nature of the problem and request a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) form. This form must be fully completed and returned with the faulty product. If an item is received without an RMA form we cannot process the return. Failure to do so will result in a delay in processing your refund or the product being returned to you.

In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault and, if no fault is found, the product will be returned to you at your own cost. No refund will be processed until we have received the returned goods and an appraisal made as to the nature of the problem.

To qualify for a refund or Product replacement

The item must be  " in as new or original " condition; and complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it, the original box and packaging and warranty.

  • On receipt of the Returned items, should the customer decide to cancel the order, a refund will be issued within 7 days, after all testing and inspection has been completed.
  • Refunds/replacements are not applicable where faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear is evident.
  • The customer is entitled to a full refund including Postage costs where an item is discovered to be defective in accordance with our Returns Policy.
  • If a returned item is found to be functioning, the customer must cover the shipping costs.
  • All returns are fully inspected by our staff and in the event that an item is discovered to be faulty we reserve the right to repair the item and return it to the customer.


All our items are issued with a warranty sticker.

  • Returns will only be accepted with this sticker fully intact on the returned item, but once damaged, any and all warranty is void.
  • We record serial numbers on all of our items


MacSmart Online does not sell products on a trial basis. Customers are strongly advised to check suitability and specifications of products before ordering you may return your purchase at any time within 14 days from the date you receive the goods by: E-mailing us via your Ebay account stating your name, a description of the goods or services concerned and the order number.

Should you cancel your order after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to MacSmart Online at your own risk and cost, therefore, we strongly recommend you use an insured delivery method. MacSmart Online is not responsible for any product that is not received or returned.

All returns are subject to the following conditions, except where the goods are faulty or incorrectly described on the website.

Your product must be complete and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging). It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it.

We will not refund any items that have been specially ordered to your individual specification.

You cannot cancel your purchase when:

  • The goods were a special order to your specification;
