If a product is found to be faulty or defective within 60 days of purchase we will offer a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price less any postage costs. Damage caused by attempting to repair or adapt the device by yourself or a third party

Return policy details
Under the Distance Selling Regulations*, you are entitled to change your mind and ask for a refund within 7 working days of receipt of your order. The product must be in the original condition in which it was sent and must include an invoice or any paperwork sent with the item. If you are returning an item, we recommend using an insured method of delivery as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged in transit. We track our phones with the IMEI number and this will be checked in the event of a return to ensure it is the original phone sent that has been returned.
