SIZES: Please be aware that many sizes shown are the industry standard sizes and may not be the physical measurement of the product. 1/2 & 3/4 threads for instance are BSP (British Standard Pipe) size which if measured would be 3/4" & 1" respectively. Flush valves stating 1.5" & 2" are the internal measurement of the threaded section and not the external measurement. It is your responsibility to check the product detail and item specifics where the information is provided. If in any doubt then please contact us in the first instance before placing your order.

    Replacement for an unknown brand cistern

    Needed a new handle as the plastic nut had stripped on our current one. Measured the hole size and came across this item. Fits perfectly although only difference is that the handle is actually plastic but with a chromed tip. Still feels sturdy enough though.

    Thread issue

    Looks identical to the original except the thread is too short, back nut fell off as soon as flushed, ( of course this depends on how thick your tank is) had to remove the plastic washer and coat with locktite fluid to have any chance of staying in position, time will tell.
