We understand there are occasions when you need to return goods to us. We have outlined on how and why you would need to return a product.
Advance Technologies returns policy is to ensure that our customers receive a quick and easy method to deal with faulty products.
For listing on new products they have a warranty up to 12 months and some of these new products maybe supported directly by the manufacturer.
For listing on used products they have a warranty up to 7 days upon receipt. So please contact us for any issues within this period. Due to the nature of the used product we might not be able to offer a replacement a full refund will be issued.
If your product is faulty on arrival, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund, providing you contact us within 28 day upon receiving your order.
If your product develops a fault after use, provided the product is within the warranty period. You are entitled to a warranty repair or replacement.
Please note that if we are unable to replace the identical product a like for like product we will offered.
If the goods supplied to you are physically damaged on delivery, please notify us within 24hour with details of damage.
In an unlikely event that a product being incorrect or not as described you can return the product and we will issue a full refund and all cost occurred in sending the product back to us.
Faulty products are to be returned with all its accessories manuals and boxes including any free gifts via an insured courier, Advance Technologies does not accept any responsibility for loss of uninsured returns.
The goods must have a corresponding RMA number displayed clearly on the outside of the packaging,
DO NOT write it on the box/packaging the product came in.
Advance Technologies will not accept returns if, the goods are damaged by the buyer or the goods are outside the warranty limit specified from date of delivery.
Once an item has been received, tested and confirmed faulty, a refund will be made of the original purchase amount due as per conditions above.
