This is a fab dress that can be dressed up and down easily It is made from a silky fabric with an attached lining to give a slightly 'puff' shape at the bottom. The neck is finished with a ruffle neck which is made of sewn chiffon, this is a stunning effect. The dress looks fab alone with heels or over leggings-very versatile and perfect with the racal shoes shown
