If you are not happy with your purchase please contact me; usually we can arrange a refund less the cost of return postage. Obviously if the problem is the result of an error by me then I will usually agree to also refund the postage.

With Ebay's feedback system it is a disaster for me if a customer is not 100% happy; if for whatever reason you feel you cannot leave me 5* feedback in all categories, it would be much better to return the item, get your money back and purchase something that you are completely happy with.
