Excellent quality and great value for the price. Many really good features including precision touch pad, this is as good as touch screen, but without the fingerprints all over the screen. This is a reconditioned Acer product with no noticeable marks, it looks as new and has a full 12 months guarantee. I'm delighted with this purchase, it's a great laptop.

I became aware that the latest batch of laptops came without SD Card readers and without DVD Drives. The Acer has both of these and they are invaluable. Although this is a reconditioned machine, it looks new and I would not be able to detect that it was reconditioned. Preloaded with Windows 10, but not "Office". Altogether a good buy.

I bought it to replace another laptop which started to produce feedback when connected to a particular amplification system. So far the Aspire is not showing this problem. I find the touch pad hard to use and would prefer distinct left and right buttons. The lack of a clear 'Caps lock' indicator is not good. Apart from this it runs well and has good storage.

I received this laptop very quickly and have to say I am totally happy with it. I'm sure it is brand new as I can't find a mark on it and it came in the original box and wrapping. I'm not into video games so can't judge whether it is ok for that but for the net and other uses it is fast. The screen is bright and HD quality. The sound out of the box is quiet but I googled how to increase the volume past 100% and found a very good u tube video that explained how to turn up the graphic equaliser and now it is as loud as anyone could want. All in all an excellent computer and at a great price. I thoroughly recommend it.
