I was looking for some very specific attributes, and this fit most of them. I needed an Android base, with at least 1GB of RAM, hoped for at least 16GB of internal memory, and needed expansion ports including a full-sized USB to use when traveling without WiFi access. Almost all of my desired parameters are met with this tablet except that I preferred 7-inch to 10.1. However, almost no 7" tablets with a USB port had at least 1GB of RAM. That is what sold me on this model. It was a matter of what was more necessary to me. I am happy with this tablet so far, and have no complaints. I managed to get this item for around my price range, too, although most of these tablets are more expensive than I paid. The size and weight is good - the extra port does not really add all that much bulk, surprisingly! Battery life seems fine to me so far. I was able to use it extensively for about 6.5 hours + 2 hours on standby, that ended me with about a 35% charge left. I did not play games or watch movies (although I did a brief test on several), but I was mostly setting it up - installing apps and doing updates, searching Google Play, etc.Read full review
Acer Iconia A200 16GB, Wi-Fi, 10.1in - Titanium Best Ebayer on Earth! Thanks for being Awesome! Great Product! A+ 100% Excellent. Acer's made ample use of the A200's available real estate, filling up most every side with dedicated functions. The majority of your I/O needs are met along the left landscape side, which is occupied by a 3.5mm headphone jack, micro- and standard USB ports, covered microSD slot and power button. Above this array lies a silvery volume rocker, punctuated by three raised dots for easy tactile recognition, and an orientation lock, while a jack for the DC charger rests by its lonesome on the opposite edge. On the back, you'll find the company's logo embedded in the midst of that hard rubber casing and two speaker grills placed equidistant at the base. Below that non-removable enclosure resides a 3,260mAh Li-ion battery and a (now antiquated) dual-core 1GHz Tegra 2 CPU. If you're wondering about the tab's camera setup, be prepared for a shocker: it only features a 2-megapixel front-facer. You read that right: there's no rear shooter to speak of, and while that'd be a major con on a handset, tablets aren't really the go-to device for photography anyway, so this omission is easy to overlook.Read full review
This is a very good tablet for the price. Dual core, Tegra based makes it run just about everything as fast as I have ever seen. The one I received had a crushed power supply so I had to pay $40 for a replacement, but it was well worth it. It simply runs everything I have thrown at it. I use it mainly for wifi surveys for my consulting business, but truth be told I have quite a few games on it as well. Very nice tab for the money, and I would buy it again in a heartbeat.
This is a great Droid tablet. Size is good, not too heavy and the battery can last a good amount of time if you play with the settings a little. Have had no issues with this device whatsoever. Great for travelling and can be used for many business applications. Also great to have fun with. Shop around for the right apps for you, and you will enjoy. Thanks Peter
This is a good product no problems so far and the size is perfect. It is easy to carry around, good sound, loads fast, and is good to use with the family.
