Bought to keep fit at home as cannot get to regular classes due to shift work and childcare. You really do work up a sweat with this, personal trainer is actually quite good (thought it might be bit annoying) and heart rate monitor is great as is workout zone monitor and calorie burning counter, gets you motivated. Down side is it takes quite long pauses between exercises till it finds next exercise which is quite annoying as 30 minute workout can take up to 45 minutes with all the pauses and doesn't always pick me up very well with motion sensor, especially for floor work but that might be my positioning though have tried various distances etc. Overall good product.
