Here at OPSAL we do try to offer the best service.
All products are sent out within 2 working days excluding saturday's, sunday's and any bank holiday's.

Example: If you buy and pay for a item on monday evening, the item will be due for dispatch on wednesday at the latest.

We use DHL 48 hour courier service on our larger item's, however for smaller items i.e lead's these are sent out via royal mail second class delivery which can take between 2-4 working day's.

The 1Year guratantee applies to all electrical goods, this is a manufacturors gurantee so if a product is faulty or breaks down within the 12 months it will have to be sent back to them for them to investgate.

Please not lamp's/bulb's or any type of lead has no gurantee if you receive a faulty lead etc we will need to know within 48 hours, you may be asked to send this back for proof if it does not work and we will reinburse you the postage cost.

if your product is being sent out via a royal mail service and does not arrive to you we will need a hand written letter with you signature on saying you have not received the item, before we can issue a refund or a replacement.
if a product is brought and you live outside uk mainland or scottish highland's a refund will be given if customer not willing to pay extra delivery fee's less a 20% handling fee
