Question - Can i collect the item?
Answer: Collection is fine, please call us on 0844 330 1115 to arrange a time and date to collect (please note, payment by cash only and a clear 24 hours notice required).
Question - When will i receive my laptop?
Answer: We normally dispatch orders within 2 working days of cleared payment, although during busy periods, it may take up to 3 working days.
Question - Can i return it if i'm unhappy with it?
Answer: We offer a 7 day money back guarantee, excluding the postage costs.
Question - How many scratches will my laptop have?
Answer: Used = General wear & tear, may have very minor dents & scratches in casing.
Refurbished = Minor wear and tear, overall condition of a high standard.
Question - Can i combine postage?
Answer: Yes - Any additional items will cost half of the standard postage fee payable for your 1st item (Example: UK - £7.50)
Question - Where are you based?
Answer: We are based in Portsmouth, Hampshire (please note, seen by appointment only)

Answer: Unfortunately due to numerous issues with international shipping, we are only offering UK delivery.
Question - What does a tested - Working battery mean?
Answer: A Tested & Working battery is guaranteed to work for a minimum of 10 minutes, however, in most cases batteries do last longer than this.
Question - Why is postage £15 (UK):
Answer: Delivery is not just a courier cost, please remember that we also have to package the unit. The delivery of your item is insured because of the nature of the item purchased, and is a Next Day service from the day of dispatch in most cases. However, your postage fees also cover the cost of the box, bubble wrap, and tape that your item comes in. Please note NI & ROI shipping is £25
Question - How long do I have to pay for my item I have won?
Answer: Although we prefer our customers to pay instantly, we do allow 7 days maximum for payment. If payment has not been made within 7 days, an item dispute will be raised and the transaction will be cancelled. At this point the item will be re-listed. Only in special circumstances will you be able to re-purchase your unit.
Question - If my laptop turns faulty and is under warranty, can I get it repaired myself?
Answer: If your laptop is under warranty, it has to come back to us to be looked at, repaired/replaced or refunded, if you take it upon yourself to repair it, we will not cover any costs incurred as the warranty is with us.
Question - If I need a replacement part instead of a replacement unit what do I do?
Answer: We will more than happily send replacement parts to you to save having to send the unit back for repair, however we will only do so upon receipt of the faulty part. (Buyer responsible for return postage fees of faulty part under RTB warranty agreement.)
Question - Is the picture shown the laptop I will receive?
Answer: Unfortunately, due to the sheer volume of laptops we ship, it is impossible to photograph every single laptop. The photo is a near match to the laptop for sale.
Question - Will my laptop be Wireless Enabled?
Each laptop listing contains this information. Unless stated in the listing, we cannot guarantee the wireless will be installed internally or externally.
