If an order has already been dispatched, then postage costs will apply. B2P Sports will endeavour to contact you within 48 hours if a chosen product becomes unavailable after the order has been accepted. We will then suggest product alternatives or remove the item from the order and give you a full refund. The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations concerning the customer requirements. Colours shown should be used as a guide only as some fabrics and materials may appear different depending on lighting conditions resulting in colour variations shown on our website. Item Size Where applicable, our website provides sizing charts to assist you in making the right size selection before purchasing. Please view these charts to make sure you have the right fit. If a product is not suitable and you require an alternate size, colour or style, we will refund or exchange goods. The customer is required to pay for return postage to us, however, we will pay for returned postage to the customer. Postage & Delivery Charges All prices are in Pound Sterling (GBP) and shipping costs relate to total order amount. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, please note that prices DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that may be incurred by you and we are not responsible for any restrictions that result from the importation of certain products into various countries. Delivery All of our UK orders are delivered via Royal Mail and a signature may be required to accept registered goods. Goods will be delivered during normal business hours and can be delivered to UK P.O. Boxes. Goods delivered within the UK will take three to seven working days. Returns & Exchanges If you change your mind about a purchase you have made from Ebay, we are happy to exchange unused, unopened and unworn products. All additional postage costs will be at the your own expense. However, if a product is faulty, we will provide a full refund or exchange including all additional delivery costs. You must contact us either by phone or email regarding any exchange/refund return of product prior to return within 30-days of original dispatch date. If you need to refund or exchange an item, please call us at the earliest convenience prior to returning the product to us. We are happy for you to try on clothing to see if it fits, but for hygiene reasons we ask that you wear your own underwear underneath the garment. If you have selected an incorrect size we will offer you a refund or exchange.
