If you don’t like the item for any particular reason, or if you want Exchange/Refund. Please let us know within 14 days of item being delivered. Please ensure Item is in its original packaging/with labels and is not worn. We will refund the cost of item minus delivery charge. Please make sure item is in the condition as we sent you We will not accept returns if Clothing/Accessories which as no labels attached or broken and has been worn and is not in the condition as we sent you. We won't accept returns on foot wear which has been worn and is not in a condition where we can re sell, has no original packaging we sent you and no labels attached/broken If item/s is being returned used we will email and explain why. We would send back to the address or give a partial refund on the item where we can sell for reduced price. We don't mind if item is being tried on as long as it's in its original condition What happens if I received a wrong item or not as described? Sometimes we do make genuine mistakes Simply Contact us, send us back the item in its original condition/packaging as we sent you that includes tags attached. We will cover the cost for the item sent back to us and send you the correct item or refund.. We will only payout Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class. Any other service remains at buyers cost
