Our returns policy has altered slightly recently due to eBay changes, so please read this information carefully.
Please note that regardless of your reasons for returning an order, the previous method of opening a case to do so is now extremely damaging to our eBay account and is irreversible, so please follow the instructions below.
Please do not open a case or leave adverse feedback before allowing us chance to help you, instead please message us through : Purchase History > Purchases > Contact Seller (Click on the blue ‘Contact Seller’ link on the right hand side of the eBay page)
Tell us what your problem is and we will get back to you with a solution within 48 working hours and usually within 12.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Returns must contain your enclosed invoice as well as all original retail packaging, contents, accessories, tags and labels, and must be returned exactly as sold, folded and packaged as received to allow immediate resale.
Failure to do so may result in your item being refused and returned to you.
Please note on your invoice your reason for returning the item.
Priority shipping charges are not refundable and buyer pays for return shipping unless the item has been sent incorrectly, in which case we will arrange collection of the item with a postage paid returns bag.
All items are security marked and thoroughly checked before dispatch so please ensure you return the exact item you purchased from us.
We do not offer size exchange services as our stock sells out so quickly that by the time your returned item arrives back to us its replacement may have sold out, so we ask buyers to purchase the new size they require immediately whilst still in stock and return the unwanted size for a refund as above.
