Warranty Information:
All items have a 12 month Return to Base warranty as standard, unless stated otherwise. In some cases, this warranty is upheld by the manufacturers who will effect any repairs / replacements themselves - we are able to advise on this if the need arises.

Items Damaged in Transit:
All items are insured whilst in transit. If an item has been damaged in transit we must report this damage to the couriers within 3 days of the item being delivered. As such, if your item is damaged in any way, you must report this via email within 48 hours of receiving the item. When reporting an item that has been damaged in transit please be sure to include your eBay user name and the name of the item, along with details of the damage and (if possible) a photo of the damage.

Returns Process:
If for any reason you need to return the item, you will need to contact us first to arrange the details of the return. Please do not just return a product without contacting us first as the warehouse will not know why the item has come back. Please ensure you return the item in its original packaging.

Collections:
You are welcome to collect your purchase from our St. Annes Warehouse. We will email you once your item is ready for collection. If you need your item urgently or wish to collect the same day please phone us on 01253 486007 before purchase so we can advise if this is possible. If you wish to pay in cash on collection please ensure you bring the correct change. Please note that we do not have a showroom so please select your items online before visiting.

I ship items Mon - Fri every week using both Royal Mail and a reliable courier service.
Notes/Comments left in PayPal messages will not be taken into account - please contact us via email or phone before you order if you have any extra delivery details
The warehouse will confirm the dispatch of your item by email on the day of dispatch, the dispatch email will contain a tracking link where available so you can track your parcel online.
All items sent by courier MUST be signed for on delivery. You may specify a friend or relatives address as your shipping address if needed
If no one is available when the couriers call they will leave a "calling card" to let you know they have been. This card will contain your consignment information and contact details for your local depot. You can then contact them to arrange a redelivery of your item or collection from their depot.
If your item has not arrived within 3 working days (for items sent via courier) or 5 working day (for items sent with Royal Mail) of the confirmed shipping date please contact me using the contact link above, I can then find the consignment number for your order and chase it up on your behalf.

Insurance:
All items are insured during delivery. If the item appears to have damage to the outer packaging upon arrival you must sign for the item as "damaged" and contact us via email within 48 hours. We can then arrange to have the item replaced.

Delivery Attempts:
Royal Mail Delivery: Deliveries are usually made between 3 and 5 working days after shipment. If the item won't fit through your letter box and can't be left safe / with a neighbor it will be returned to your local royal mail sorting office and a card will be left advising you of the steps for collection / redelivery.
Courier Delivery: Deliveries are usually the next working day (Mon - Fri), and will require a signature at the point of delivery. If they are unable to obtain a signature on delivery they will leave a calling card asking you to contact your local depot to arrange a redelivery. You must contact your local depot within 5 days of them leaving the calling card or the item will automatically be returned to us and you will need to pay the postage costs again to have the item resent. If you miss the courier on the 2nd delivery attempt there will be a £4 charge for each subsequent delivery attempt - you must contact us via email requesting a 3rd delivery attempt and we will send you a link to make the payment online. We'll then contact the couriers and authorise the delivery attempt for you.

We endeavor to ensure all items are available at all times (unless stated otherwise in the item description). However, if an item is unavailable we will do my best to either source a replacement or refund your money as soon as possible
