All our products are sold brand new and are usually factory sealed.
Faulty items may be returned for replacement under warranty within the warranty period, two years for Trust Products and one year for most other items. Please note that items cannot be returned under warranty for reasons of software incompatibility or routine wear and tear.
To report a faulty item you should first email to mark.bradshaw@vebox.com with a full description of the fault and your ebay item number and user ID. You will be issued with a returns number which should be provided with the returned goods.
After testing you will recieve a replacement under warranty.
Items ordered in error may be returned within 7 days if and only if the item is unopened in its original packaging and is in a good, clean undamaged condition
The pruchase price will then be refunded (less postage) upon receipt of the undamaged goods.
It may be possible to request a replacement rather than a refund. Please ask.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure safe arrival of returned goods so Special Delivery or Signed-for is recommended.
