ALL our gas spare products are UV encoded, this unique number and signature is checked upon receipt of any product returned as faulty or ordered wrongly (this is to stop people purchasing and exchanging faulty parts for new ones and sending back the faulty part). We urge you to check your product immediately upon receipt of the goods, for damage. If a part is faulty: ALL parts are returned to Manufacturer and a full diagnostic is carried out on the part by them. Their correspondence forms their legal defence if so needed. If you decide you don't like the product AND HAVE NOT FITTED IT, you can return it within four days of delivery, with all the original packaging (at your own expense). A refund of your money will be given upon inspection of the goods. Please Note: There will be a £5 charge for returning ANY Goods in ANY circumstance back into Stock (Unless the goods were damaged or deemed Faulty by the Manufacturer) plus any postage costs initially charged, irrespective of the cost of the item.
