This auction is for: 1 x Amiga Technologies Amiga A4000T A load of original Amiga software (floppy/CD) A load of Amiga programming books Each bit is described in more detail below. Amiga Technologies Amiga A4000T
The tower itself is in fair condition, with all structural parts present, including several sets of drive rails. A floppy drive is installed and working, however the drive bezel is not present. The tower front bezel is in fair condition, yellowing visibly (retrobrite anyone?). The usual suspects are present:
The tower chassis is in good condition, however there are scratches on one side (see photo). All 6 of the spring-clasps connecting the bezel to the chassis are present. The case internal chassis parts are all present, including the separate 'bridge' plate for the backplane. The motherboard is in good, clean, undamaged and unmodified condition. All zorro slots are tested working as are both video slots. The motherboard is populated with 2MB chipram (soldered onboard) and 16MB fastram (2x8MB SIMMS). A basic 68030 processor card is included to get you up and running. A load of original Amiga software As shown in the photo, including Amiga OS4 for classics (requires PPC processor card), OS3.9 (two copies at least) OS3.5, ArtEffect, Turboprint 7, Directory Opus Magellan, Cybergraphics, Amiga Office, loads of developer stuff, a few games, mainly productivity software though. See photos for details, if there's something specific you're loking for then send a question & I'll check. A load of Amiga programming books Including: Amiga Basic (Paul Fellowes), Advanced Amiga Basic, Amiga Basic Inside & Out, AmigaDOS - A dabhand guide, AmigaDOS inside & out, Amiga Tricks & Tips, Amiga C for beginners, Mastering Amiga C, SAS/c manuals (full set), Amiga Machine Language. See photos for details, if there's something specific you're loking for then send a question & I'll check. Various bits of Amiga hardware Including: A non-working Cyberstorm mk3 68060 processor board (it has a 68060 RC60 installed on it). This occasionally works, but I never got round to figuring out what the problem is, so sold as dead. A non-working CybervisionPPC graphics card with cable. Even on its good days, the flaky Cyberstorm mk3 never worked with this plugged in. A non-working Cyberstorm mk2 68040 with cyberscsi adapter. Completely dead. A couple of IDE splitters, an Amiga A600 2MB chipram upgrade, a black Amiga mouse, an Amiga trackball (I loved this mouse!). A MC-DISK PCMCIA-SCSI adapter. This weird little bugger allows you to connect PCMCIA devices to the scsi chain. It works with PCMCIA card readers out-of-the-box, but don't count on being able to plug a PCMCIA wireless network card in and expect it to 'just work'. That's it folks - the Commodore Amiga A4000T packaging has been separated out into an auction by request of various people (who wanted the box, but not the system/software/books).The separate auction will start this evening, see http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=180635877910 |
