The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
Return policy details
Returns are accepted for items that are not suitable, are faulty or are damaged. If you wish to return a product, please either contact us through eBay messaging or open a returns case for the item through eBay so we can deal with the return accordingly. Please note, any item being returned will be issued with an RMA Number. Any items returned without this number may take longer to process than normal. Used items are not eligible for return unless faulty, and must be reported within 14 days of receiving the item. In most cases, we will require the item back with return postage being covered by Purely Pet Supplies Ltd. To ensure safety for you and your pet, please read instructions before use.
We offer an exchange or refund service for any faulty or damaged items. If an item is damaged, in most cases we will only require an image of the product to be able to deal with your request. However, if our supplier requires the item to be returned, return postage will be covered by Purely Pet Supplies Ltd (unless damage is caused by customer misuse of the product).
All items to be returned must arrive back with us in their original packaging/repackaged as originally received.
Please note, although all items show free delivery, a percentage of the sale price covers postage costs incurred. In cases where a refund is required for an item that is not suitable, the incorrect size or similar, a refund will be given less the delivery cost incurred.
