WE OPERATE A 7 DAY RETURNS POLICY
For most "Buy Now" items, you have the right to return your goods within 7 days of receiving them. However, this right does not apply to certain items such as personalized products, perishable goods and audio or video recordings or computer software which has been opened.
If you wish to return goods using this right, you need to inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will then give you detailed instructions including address to return.
You must take reasonable care of the goods and immediately return them at your own expense by recorded delivery or courier.
We will not consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods if they have been used in a way or to an extent beyond what would be reasonable when examining the goods in a shop before purchase. If any product we supply fails prematurely due to an inherent fault (manufacturing defect) we will provide you with an appropriate remedy e.g. repair, replacement or refund.
