Antique 19th Century Victorian adjustable piano stool.
We believe that the stool is made of walnut although it could conceivably be a similar coloured hardwood. This is one of those times when it is very difficult to tell.
Lovely proportions and styling.
Solid, with no loose joints. The seat is quite stable and does not wobble to much, unless you raise it above 610mm (which I would guess was never meant to happen), in which case it becomes very wobbly.
500mm diameter base, 360mm diameter seat and 540mm to 610mmH adjustable seat height.
Historic knocks, marks, repairs and alterations, as is always the way with antique stools. Note that the upholstery is not new, having some wear and marks. We have not inspected components concealed beneath the fabric and there are a few historic woodworm holes, that we have treated for good measure.

Terms of Sale
Antique furniture is old and we have done our best to describe any major
faults. The buyer should expect imperfections such as shrinkage cracks/gaps,
slight warping, repairs to structure and veneers, extinct woodworm holes and
surface wear/marks/repairs that are consistent with age. These features are to
be expected on genuine antiques and add to their character and historical
honesty. It is quite usual also for handles, drawer bottoms/runners, feet and
other component parts to be worn or replaced over the years. Unless otherwise
stated there is unlikely to be a key and the locks may or may not exist/work.
Please call 07866 705199 or email before buying and we will send additional
photos and do our best to describe the item honestly. This is always a good
idea. Even better you are welcome to come and view the item before buying. Just
call us on 07866 705199 or email email@example.com for an appointment.
We offer a full refund excluding our delivery costs, providing you return the

particular aspect of a listed item. We offer a full refund excluding our
