You are looking at a very high capacity table top coin/medal collectors cabinet. Originally made during the Victorian period the trays have been modified in the 20th. Century probably to suit a particular collection. The cabinet and trays are in excellent condition as are the sturdy brass handles on each end. The overall dimensions are width 690mm [ 27 1/4"], depth 303mm [12"] and height 472mm [18 5/8"]. There are 50 coin trays and two deep drawers at the bottom of the cabinet for further storage all lined with green felt to the inner bases. The coin trays and drawers are arranged symmetrically about the vertcal centerline. Taking an average of a selection of drawers the coin capacity is approximately 1650. This cabinet is in excellent condition, completely LOCKABLE and would grace a collectors table. If you wish to view the cabinet prior to the final auction date please email to arrange in the usual way.
