so everything is in “used” condition.

We are a
smoke free household, but many items we have were purchased at auctions and
estate sales over the years. We always try to note any odors, whether
they are smoke, mold, mildew or garlic.
We have a
small cat in our household who should be bald from all of her shedding.
If you are allergic to cats, please be aware of that. We promise that the
item will have no hideous smell of cat on it.
unless you have a valid tax/resale number which you are willing to supply to
us, we must charge 7.5% sales tax to Ohio residents.
only PayPal payments. All payments must be made in US dollars and received
within five days of the end of the auction unless you contact us before the
auction ends to make other arrangements. Please remember that echecks
through paypal may take up to a week to clear. Please do not hold us
responsible for the slowness of the process.
We ship within five days of receiving cleared
Shipment is usually much quicker, but weekends, holidays and snowstorms may
intrude on our ability to get to the post office. We apologize for the
cost of shipping but shipping costs are the responsibility of the USPS, not us,
so please do not trash our ratings because of the cost of shipping. Shipping
costs include insurance on fragile items. If an item arrives damaged, it is your
responsibility to file a claim with the post office.
We try very
hard to keep our shipping and handling costs as low as possible and offer you a
choice between Parcel Post (or Media Mail, if possible) and Priority Mail.
Frequently, our handling cost doesn't even cover the cost of the materials
necessary to ship items to you. (Up front - we charge $2.00 shipping,
handling, and insurance on items for domestic buyers, $8.00 for international.)
If, when we ship an item, the postage, insurance, and handling is less than we charged you, we will refund
the difference to you, with a minimum refund of $1.00.
Of course, if
you purchase multiple items that we can ship together, we pass along any
savings in postage/packaging/handling to you. Just let us know if you are
purchasing or watching items that can be packaged and shipped in the same week.

buyers: we ship only by priority mail because of the difficulties with
first class international shipping unless an item is very small. Please check the “shipping” section of the
listing to determine if another international shipping option is available. All
international purchases will be properly marked as "merchandise" for
customs purposes and will reflect the winning purchase price.
International shipping can take a few extra days, so please be
patient. PLEASE NOTE: We do not pay the duties or taxes for
international shipments - these are the responsibility of the buyer. If
you refuse a shipment because of the taxes, we will not refund your purchase

customers. If you are not pleased with your purchase, return it in
"As sold" condition within 7 days of receipt and we will refund your
purchase price, less shipping and handling. The seller reserves the right
to refuse any return if there is any question about condition based on the
photographs on the ebay listing.
