Larger items or multiple items are dispatched on pallets and will be brought as close to the ground floor entrance as physically possible by the driver. Drivers work alone and are not insured to carry items in or up any stairs so they will be unable to assist with this. Small or single items are also delivered to the door only. Should you need time to arrange for someone to help you with larger items please call us on 01702 610010.
Smaller or single items are dispatched on a next day service (Monday to Friday). Goods will be dispatched within 1-2 days of cleared payment being received. Larger or multiple items are dispatched via our National Pallet Network and should be delivered within 5 working days of cleared payment. Same day or express next day delivery service is available on all items please call or email for a price.
The collection of goods is available from our warehouse in Southend on Sea so please call us on 01702 610010 to arrange prior to arrival.

We do not always have all keys for all furniture in stock so should your item arrive without a key it will be on order with our key suppliers and we will send the key onto you via first class mail as soon as it arrives into our offices. One key is supplied per unit as standard.

Notification of claims for adjustment on short or otherwise unsatisfactory goods due to fault of Azcom must be made to Azcom within five days of delivery date otherwise goods will be deemed to have been accepted by buyer. In such situations, Azcom shall have the right to examine the applicable goods and delivery records at the Buyers location. b) Defective goods will be accepted for replacement or credit only with prior authorization from Azcom. Goods returned are not to exceed quantity authorized. Credit will be issued only after goods are inspected and approved and will be based on Buyer's cost for the goods in question, less any costs such as handling, transport and repackaging as deemed by Azcom. c) PROOF OF DELIVERY REQUESTS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING within 90 days of order. Azcom will not supply signature proof of delivery details after this time, and are not accountable for any losses or damages reported outside of our specified time requirements.
