Since, I DO NOT accept returns on most items. Please be sure to ask as many questions as necessary before placing a bid. I am not an expert although I am constantly learning something new every day with research on each new item I purchase and sell. I try to familiarize myself with each item to the best of my ability before listing it here on eBay. With the best of intentions I pride myself in trying to describe the item in the exact condition that you will receive it, trying not to overlook anything!

I try to do my very best to answer any and all questions truthfully and honestly with the best of my knowledge. If I do not have an answer for your question I will try to find one. If I cannot find one then I will be honest with you and tell you I do not know.

Quite often I will pass on the information that was told to me by the seller. Such as estimated age, antique, vintage, history, maker or origin (some items do not have a maker’s marks, stamps or even stickers, especially antique and vintage treasures. On these particular items if I have received any information at the time I purchased the item, I will pass that information on to you within the description and identify that I am unable to verify the true authenticity of the item and the information of which I have received).

ALL SHIPPING & RATE INFORMATION

ALL shipping rates are based on USPS services available to shipping locations at the time of your purchase. Price will include: Shipping rate, Small Handling Charge (accounts for a box & bubble wrap where applicable) and Insurance. ALL FRAGILE items $25.00 or higher now require insurance and the minimum USPS charge will be automatically added to the handling charge.

ALL TRACKING information is generated through eBay and the USPS after I print the shipping label for your item and should be automatically posted for your review shortly after printing that label.  

HANDLING TIME is standard 4 work days and I generally pack and ship 2 times a week. If you require your item to ship sooner please contact me before auctions end or prior to any store purchase and see if my schedule allows me to accommodate your request. I am a sole proprietor and one woman operation and work generally 12 hours a day and 7 days a week, my schedule is very busy but NEVER HESITATE to ask I NEVER WANT TO LOSE A NEW CUSTOMER & FRIEND!
