Please allow 3 working days for delivery. Delivery is via Interlink next business day by 12 noon service. All items are fully insured and tracable to your door, a signature is required. Delivery outside of the UK is 2-3 days for most European countries although may be longer to some European countries.

We do not offer delivery for Saturdays.





Sales include VAT at the current rate and an invoice is supplied with the unit. We offer a comprehensive 28 day warranty if during which time a hardware fault may occur we will either repair or offer a replacement product. If this is not possible a full refund will be offered. All items covered under warranty will be fitted with tamperproof material, should this be damaged it will VOID your warranty, warranty stickers are placed on the lower base of the unit, battery, hard drive and ac adapter.

Return policy details
On all of our Apple products we offer a 28 day warranty. In the unlikely event a hardware fault does develop then the item will be collected for inspection. Should we be unable to repair the item then either a full refund will be offered or a like for like replacement. Its important that you never remove our tamper seals which are placed on AC Adapters, batteries and laptops, should any of these seals be removed it will automatically void any warranty with your purchase. Any item listed as spares or repairs will have no warranty and no returns will be accepted. If the item is found to be of "User Error" then we may charge for the cost of postage both ways.
