Payment Details
All prices are inclusive of VAT, calculated under the second hand VAT margin scheme. Major Deal accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Maestro and Delta, as well as Paypal. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.
Upon receiving your order Major Deal carries out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds in order to fulfil the transaction. No payment is debited from your card during this pre-authorisation check. Your card will only be charged upon dispatch of the items in your order. Your card will not be debited for items in your order which have not been dispatched.
Returns
You are entitled to change your mind and ask for a refund within 7 working days of receipt of your order. The product must be in the original condition in which it was sent, unopened, and must include an invoice or any paperwork sent with the item. We will refund the purchase price less postage and packaging costs. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs.
If you are returning an item, we recommend using an insured method of delivery as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged in transit. We track our phones with the IMEI number and this will be checked in the event of a return to ensure it is the original phone sent that has been returned.
Please allow 7 working days for us to receive your phone and process your refund. We cannot issue replacements until the original phone has been received back by us. Please contact us via phone in the first instance to receive a returns number, this will help us to track your return and make the process as smooth as possible for you.
