Returns

If you change your mind, or any of our products fall below the standard you would expect and you wish to return the item, you must notify us via the link in 'my eBay' within 14 days of delivery. We are happy to refund or exchange the item providing it is returned unused, in its original packaging with all accessories.

Faulty Items

If your item develops a fault please notify us at support@refuby.com

If the fault has developed within 28 days of delivery we will offer a refund, including postage costs or a replacement product once the original product has been returned to the Refuby team for assessment and verification of the fault.

If the fault develops after 28 days but within the 3 month warranty period please contact us via my eBay and we will arrange a prompt repair, if a repair is not possible a replacement, stock permitting or refund will be offered once the original product has been returned to the Refuby team for assessment and verification of the fault. The 3 months warranty starts from the date of the original purchase.

If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded.

Returned items may take 48 hours to be delivered back to us for assessment if collection is arrange by Refuby. Please note that it can take 3-5 days for any refund given to be shown in your PayPal account.

Testing Procedures

Our phones are fully tested before being deemed fit for resale – all our phones are fully operational and functional.

Below you can read how we test phones and iPods to make sure that everything is working as it should:

Phones:

• All buttons are tested to ensure complete functionality
• Call test – The phone is checked to ensure it can make and receive a call
• Touchscreens/Screen – We make sure the screen has no marks or pixel damage, Touchscreen checked in multiple positions to ensure completely working
• Wi-Fi – connection made to our internal Wifi
• Speaker – Check to ensure working and good sound quality
• Ear & Microphone – checked to ensure working and speech is clear
• Headphone Socket – Tested to ensure working correctly and sound is clear
• Camera – Picture taken and quality checked
• Accelerometer – check screen adjusts to movements
• GPS – Current position checked
• Bluetooth – Connectivity checked
• Battery – charged during testing (not always to 100%) then music and video played to ensure battery functions and not excessively loosing charge. Please note batteries are a consumable part of the phone and may require replacement throughout the life of the product.
• Boxing /repackaging – All product is presented in a Refuby presentation retail style box to offer protection in transit and ensure product presentation is second to none
