Payment Details

We take PayPal, cash and postal orders and require payment within 4 days of the auction ending. We no longer accept cheques.

If you are picking your item up we can only accept cash, please be aware of the £5 collection fee; see Shipping and Collection tab for more detail. Please make postal orders payable to XS Items Ltd and send to Suite 2, 572 Ipswich Road, Colchester, Essex CO4 9HB with a copy of your invoice and your bidder id - without this we cannot identify the payment and your item may be delayed.

Shipping Details

Our shipping charges include; the cost of shipment; the cost of packing materials; wages for our packing staff, insurance and the current rate of VAT. 

We will offer combined shipping provided the items are purchased within a 4 day window - please contact us for details prior to bidding.  (Please note some items will be too heavy/bulky to combine).

Your items are usually shipped within 2 working days of your payment clearing (Pallet dispatch is 3 working days from payment).  This is the shipping date, not the delivered date.  If you have not received them within 5 days of your payment clearing please email us on ebay@xsitems.com or customer support telephone on 0845 200 8370.

To avoid potential issues please sign for the item as "damaged".  If there is any damage, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt.

Courier UK shipping costs quoted are to the UK mainland only. A courier surcharge of £5/box will apply for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands, Northern Scotland, Scottish Highlands and Islands and the Scilly Isles.  Royal Mail charges are for across the UK.

If you require a change of address please add the address to your PayPal account. Please note we cannot change delivery addresses after payment is made.

Pick Up/Collections

Items can be picked up with prior agreement; Tuesday to Friday; 9.30-16.30. As we are an internet based delivery company we charge £5.00 per pick up to cover additional overhead costs relating to collections. Items that are picked up cannot be returned - please inspect them, to ensure they meet their description, before taking away.

Collections need to be made in person, we do not accept collections from couriers or third parties. Please be aware, no protective packaging is provided for collections, if you require packaging please provide your own.

Returns

The seller warrants to you that the goods will materially conform with the descriptions given in the listing and that the seller agrees and is able to sell the goods to you.

Goods purchased via auction may only be returned for 'mis-description' if you notify us by email within 7 days of receiving the goods setting out why the goods are mis-described. Returns must be pre-agreed.

Goods purchased via fixed price listings may be returned if you notify us by email within 7 days of receiving the goods and return them within 7 days together with any packaging provided. Returns must be pre-agreed.

If the item is as described, the purchaser may be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If an item is delivered in its original packaging, it will need to be returned in the same packaging and condition - please do not dispose of it as we cannot accept returns that are not returned in this way.

Items that are picked up cannot be returned - please inspect them thoroughly before taking away.

If you have purchased a new item and it develops a fault more than 28 days after purchase, please contact the manufacturer for repair/replacement via their warranty.

Our liability to any purchaser or any third party claiming through any purchase is limited to the sale price of the Goods purchased or, if less, £100.
