Delivery

We do aim to ship every item ordered before 3pm for next day delivery if the item value is more than £50.00

We offer the following delivery options:

Economy Delivery: Within 4-6 working days - Free

Standard Delivery: Within 2-3 working days - £2.95

Express Delivery: Within 2 working days - £9.95

Your item will be dispatched using Royal Mail or DPD.

If your item is up to the value of £150 it will be dispatched via Royal Mail. Unless the item is a large bulky item this will then be sent via DPD.

Orders over £150 will be dispatched via DPD and will require a signature. An email with a 1 hour time slot will also be sent on the morning of dispatch.

Please Allow 7 Working days for items to arrive by Royal Mail.

Payment

Payment can only be made by PayPal via eBay. We cannot take orders or payment over the phone. To ensure your purchase is protected it will only be delivered to your registered PayPal address. Payment for 'Buy It Now' purchases must be made immediately. Once your payment has been received we will send you a confirmation email. Our listed prices include VAT at the standard rate.

If your item needs to be shipped to an alternative address please update the address in PayPal before placing your order. We will only ship to your registered PayPal address. If your order has already been placed, please contact our customer service team who will refund the order. You may then update the address details in PayPal and replace your order.

Payments via Unconfirmed addresses within Paypal may delay the process of the order and will involve further security checks via Box Limited. Please ensure your address is confirmed to ensure quick dispatch of your orders.

Grading Explained

Our grading procedure is put in place so you know exactly what you should be expecting when you order from us. All our gradings are on condition of the product and we expect that when you receive your order you will be amazed by the condition you have received it in.

Returns

Occasionally you may want to return an item so below are the instructions on how to do so.

It is important to get a Unique Authorisation Returns Number. To obtain this number please email our Customer Services team at Sales@spotbuyer.com or Call 0121 202 0022.

You will then be notified by email on how to return the product back to us.

Returning by post

Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us so we recommend using Royal Mail Registered Post. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get lost on the way to us.

You will need to pay for the postage of any items you return.
