PAYMENT

Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase.

We accept payments by PayPal, Postal Order, eCheque and personal cheque only. Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay your payment by about two weeks whilst payment awaits clearing. The expected clearing time is normally available on your Paypal account. Once your eCheque payment is received in full, your item will be dispatched to you within 1 working day. 

SHIPPING

All items are in stock and are despatched to you within 24 hours of your payment being received and cleared. Any order placed and paid for before 3.00pm will be sent out same day. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are despatched the next working day. 

The postage rates we charge are there to cover postage, packaging and handling of the goods. Please only bid/buy it now if you are happy with the shipping rate charged.

UK Delivery Royal Mail 2nd Class normally takes 2-5 working days, 1st Class normally 1 - 2 working days, but not guaranteed.

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that you may have received an item that is defective in any way, contact us within 7 days and we will send out a replacement of the same kind to you straight away. Customers must return items at their own cost- whilst a recorded delivery may not be necessary, we would strongly suggest that a 'certificate of posting' should be obtained from the post office when returning goods.

WE CAN NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS OR SEND OUT ANY REPLACEMENTS UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED BACK THE ORIGINAL ITEM

In the unlikely event that a package should go missing, Royal Mail stipulates that both the sender and receiver must allow 15 working days to pass before a report of a lost package can be made. Overseas orders are sent through Royal Mail Standard Airmail, this is just a regular airmail letter/small packet service with no tracking number or insurance. If you require insurance and a tracking number- please contact us first for a revised shipping price.

Feedback. We use an automated eBay feedback response system. If you are happy with the product, please leave positive feedback and I will automatically leave positive feedback for you. If you are unhappy with the transaction for any reason, please contact us first to resolve. If you do leave negative or neutral feedback you waive your rights for support regarding any problems with us and open yourself up for possible retaliatory negative feedback. Please avoid making negative feedback remarks, contact us first if you have any problems! We try to respond to messages within 24 hours, please bear with us as we are getting a lot of messages every day.
