Here at WallArt101 we highly recommend our canvas protection service. The protection involves our production team spraying your canvas with two even layers of high quality giclee varnish. Unlike others who paint the varnish onto the canvas using a brush or roller we actually use our purpose built spray booth to coat the canvases using a high pressure spary gun system, similar to the ones used when spraying a car, this ensure a professional even coating with no paint runs or drip marks.

Customer are reminded that althougth your canvas will not fade or distort in colour, it is still subjected to damage if not protected with our spray coating. Touching the surface of the canvas can leave oily hand marks on darker colours (e.g blacks and dark reds) We highly recommend you choose to have your canvas sprayed.

Please note that all our items are bespoke and are manufactured to order. We do not hold any pre-made stock and any variations listed are simply options/variants of a product line which can be made. Therefore all items sold are treated as bespoke orders manufactured and tailored to your specific size and type.

This means that we cannot offer a refund should you simply dislike the colour/size/finish. Should you have any concerns about any of these issues please contact us prior to purchase and a colour/material sample can be made and sent to you. If certain exceptional circumstances we may, at our discretion offer an exchange but this may incur additional charges.  

Should you contact us and we authorise a return, note that buyers are responsible for any return postage. We also reserve the right to deduct a 20% handling charge, or £8.99, whichever the higher amount from the refund total.  

Should you item arrive damaged, please sign for it as such and inform us within 24-48 hours as claims cannot be made successfully if the parcel has been signed for as pristine. Items will be exchanged if damaged. 

Buyers are responsible for any return postage should it be required. Should any item be returned to us as "undeliverable" there may be additional charges incurred for re-delivery.
