Delivery / Payment

All items are despatched within 1-2 workings days from the payment date. All items are sent using Royal Mail Tracked. It ensures you know where your goods are, from despatch to their safe arrival into the hands of our customers, enabling us to manage our operations more efficiently and enjoy complete control, complete peace of mind and complete customer satisfaction. We only despatch items Mon-Fri 9am-4pm as all services can only be used between these days. However, if you love your purchase so much and can't wait to receive it then you can choose Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery. Your item will will be despatched straight away and you will receive it before 5pm the next day. This service is not available on weekends and Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery orders must be received before 3pm.

All international orders are sent via 'International Signed For'. All items are tracked until they leave the UK - and in some cases on arrival in the destination country.

  • If you are exchanging an item then the buyer is resposible for postal costs to return the item to us. Then we will post out the item required.

One of our main business principles is customer satisfaction. We want all our customers to be satisfied with the service they receive and with the products they buy from us. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase then please return it to the PO BOX address on the invoice within 10 days. Please ensure that the item is in the same condition as it was sent. Once received we will issue a full refund providing it is in the original condition. If you require an exchange then please send the item back to the address on the invoice along with the returns note filled out stating the style and size you wish to exchange for, once again please ensure it has not been worn and in the same condition. We charge customers £3, this is to cover the postage back to you. This will be requested via Paypal once your item arrives.
