Your order will be dispatched within two working days (Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays), usually via Royal Mail, although we do use other couriers for bulkier or specialist items.

Although we post out every day and will always try and accommodate urgent deliveries and special requests, should you need to guarantee a timely delivery a next day guaranteed service within the UK is available on checkout at a one-off cost of just £7.95. A signature is required for such deliveries and it is each customer's responsibility to be available to accept the goods. Next day Saturday delivery is more expensive but is also available on request. Please email prior to purchase and our team will confirm a quote and make sure you get your order on time. Cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 1pm.

Royal Mail Airmail can handle most international destinations and we are able to ship by a number of other reliable couriers when necessary to ensure that, wherever you are in the world, your purchase will reach you in the most efficient, secure and cost-effective way possible.

 Payment

Please use the eBay checkout to pay for your goods via Paypal, credit or debit card. Postal Orders and personal cheques are also accepted, payable to FootballShopOnline. To ensure your purchase qualifies for eBay's Buyer Protection it is a requirement that we ship only to the registered address on your account. Should your purchase need to be shipped to an alternative address, please update the address within Paypal and eBay prior to placing your order. In the event that your order has already been placed, please contact our customer services team who will assist you in updating address details and ensure your purchase goes through correctly.

Once your payment is received we will send you a confirmation email and your purchase will be supported by an enclosed invoice. 

 Returns 

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction of course, and as such are happy to accept returns and allow you to cancel any purchase should you change your mind or if the item falls below the standard you expect.
