Cancellation of Order - Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. (New items purchased Buy it Now only) Notification of cancellation must be received by us within 7 days of receipt. It must be returned unused, and packed in its original packaging both internal and external. Clear tape must be used to reseal packages, and the item returned to us recorded delivery within 7 working days of authorisation of return. The buyer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs which are non-refundable. If the item is found to be used or the packaging not suitable for resale once returned, a refund or exchange will be denied, and the item returned to the buyer upon receipt of shipping costs to remail it. Returns are your responsibility until they reach us, it is therefore recommended that you use trackable signed for delivery service.
