Unwanted Goods You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item in accordance with The Distance Selling Regulations within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered (7 day cooling off period). On receipt of the faulty product a replacement will be despatched. * It is accepted that in certain circumstances the faulty items will not be in their original packaging or in an unused condition. Ownership * Ownership passes to the buyer on delivery of the goods. * The seller remains the owner of the goods until payment has been received in full. * The buyer must notify us within 7 working days if the goods are damaged or incorrectly supplied.
