Your right of cancellation

Once you have notified Tan-Tone that you are cancelling the contract, Tan-Tone will refund you for any sum that has been paid by you for the goods once received and checked at our premises.

If the products Tan-Tone deliver to you are not as ordered or are damaged, defective or of incorrect quantity.
Tan-Tone's liability shall be limited to replacing the damaged or defective products or making good the shortfall in quantity or at Tan-Tone's option ,crediting the price and delivery charges of those products to your paypal account. Tan-Tone shall not be liable to you for failure to deliver products ordered by you unless you notify Tan-Tone within 24 hours of the date of your order has been delivered.
If items are missing from your order we must be informed of this within 24 hours and a "Denial of Receipt " Legal document must be signed or agreed before we can proceed with a replacement or refund.Tan-Tone's liability shall be limited to delivering the products ordered or at Tan-Tone's option ,crediting the price and delivery charges if any of the non-delivered products to your paypal account.

Non Receipt Of Goods Procedure
On the unlikely occasion that you do not receive
your item within the estimated arrival time and you have checked with your local
Royal Mail Depot (you should have been left a red card), Additional checks with Household
Members/Neighbours then Tan-Tone will adopt the following procedure:-
1/ An e mail will be sent detailing our partnership
with the Royal Mail and outlining the procedures which they follow.
2/You will then be asked to sign a statement for ‘Denial
3/ The statement will be forwarded to the Royal Mail
and any further correspondence will be directly with them.
4/ The matter may involve the police if fraud/theft
Most of our items are sent on a trackable service
which doesn’t require a signature but can still be traced on the Royal Mail
Track and Trace system. Please consider this before approaching us for ‘denial
of receipt’ claims.
