Ten-UK Ltd takes pride in delivering
all goods in the most economical and efficient way possible. We offer 3
delivery options “ Economy”, “Express” and “International”. Before
purchasing and paying for your item please choose carefully which
deliver option is best suited to your needs.
Our couriers always quote Working
days on their deliveries schedules. Please be aware that working days
does not include Saturdays, Sundays, Bank holidays, or the day of
Economy delivery, (UK Mainland) Courier My Hermes. Once your order has been booked on for collection from our works by My Hermes,
you will automatically be e-mailed a parcel tracking number by them.
(if you do not receive a tracking number please check your Junk mail).
In your e-mail you will also receive a link to their website www.myhermes.co.uk
or you can hit the “Track now” (in blue). This will instantly give you
live information about your items delivery progress. You may also
contact the courier directly at any time for further details if you
wish, contact telephone number 08712 461 583. This service will take between 3 and 5 working days
from collection from us to delivery to you. Please note the courier
requires a signature from the recipients if there is no one to sign for
your parcel this will delay the delivery.
Express Delivery, (UK
mainland) For a small nominal fee we offer an express delivery service,
this service guarantees that you will receive your item next working
day. If you do not receive the item next day, please contact us, where
we will liaise with our courier. Please note the courier requires a
signature from the recipient on delivery.
UK Highlands & Islands off mainland
you are fortunate enough to live away from the UK mainland or in the
highlands of Scotland we are more than happy to accommodate your order,
however there may be a small uplift on the price for carriage, please
contact us with your postcode and we will be happy to quote on a case by
International delivery Via Airmail
you require your item to be delivered over-seas which covers the whole
of Europe we will be happy to accommodate you, we will send your item
“small packet air-mail” via Royal mail, this service takes between 3 and
7 days, we will be more than happy to send proof of postage on request
Lost parcels, In the
unlikely event of the courier loosing your parcel we will despatch a
replacement immediately, by “Express delivery” replacements can only be
despatched once the original guaranteed delivery time has lapsed and the
courier has declared the parcel lost.
