Trading Terms and Conditions of AtoZ-NaturalHealth, hereinafter referred to as a2znh. Mail:info@AtoZ-NaturalHealth.com

1.Targets & Agreement.
1(a) The a2znh Mission Statement:-
It is the intention of the company to source and legally import excellent quality, top Brand vitamins, supplements and Herbal products from America to the UK and EU market. A2znh will endeavour to achieve an overall pricing strategy to give best value for money anywhere in the EU whilst always setting the highest standards of customer relations. All stocks are held in the UK.
These Terms and Conditions are intended to help you get the best from the a2znh system and benefit from the best prices and excellent service reported by our 35,000+ positive feedbacks.   After all, we are here “at your service”.
1(b) a2znh Agreement with Customers.
Below are specified The Company Trading Terms and Conditions.   If for any reason you do not agree with any of these conditions, but still wish to purchase goods, you first should obtain from a2znh a signed document stating any agreed variation. In the absence of such variation, these terms & conditions prevail and your agreement to them is confirmed by the act of placing an order.

2. Pricing & Payment.
All payments are stated in £ (Pounds) Sterling. 
PayPal is currently the only method of payment automatically accepted. Other methods of payment may be made available in certain circumstances but must be agreed before purchase by contacting info@AtoZ-NaturalHealth.com  
Prices displayed on the a2znh shop will be the prices charged while stocks last. 
A2znh reserve the right to change prices without notice.  Availability is also subject to change without notice. 

3. Sales  Contract
A contract will not exist between the buyer and a2znh until an order is paid and goods availability is confirmed. 
Whether a purchase is completed or not, any dispute or claim arising from a transaction with a2znh will be limited to the total purchase price of the goods involved. 

4. Delivery 
4(a) Timescale.
a2znh operate two UK dispatch centres which work normal business hours, 8am-5pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. 
Dispatch is targeted as being as quickly after receipt of payment as possible and almost always within the next business day following.  [At the time these Terms and Conditions were written, a survey showed that of orders received before 2:00pm 92.7% were being dispatched the same day, the remainder on the next business day.]
You will always be sent an email Confirmation of Order and an email Confirmation of Despatch. 
Normally, UK deliveries are within 2-3 working days of dispatch.  EU 5-14 working days but often up to twice this in Greece, Germany and Italy.
The eBay/PayPal system sends to a2znh your PayPal email address.  Indeed, it is to this address we must send all your confirmations and notifications.  This includes emails to: (a) Confirm receipt of payment,  (b) Confirm dispatch of goods,  (c)Send your Tracking Number/details when selected, and (d) request any information required or send product details. 
Please make sure email addresses used are up to date and your mailbox is not full or a2znh will not be able to communicate with you regarding any clarification needed on your order. Equally, some software packages are overly zealous in protecting users from spam. If you have any difficulties in this area, please add info@AtoZ-NaturalHealth.com and BigVits.co.uk (our parent company) to your address book or “Trusted Contacts”.  If a2znh needs to communicate and is unable to get a reply from a customer within 5 working days, a refund will be sent and the order cancelled.
4(b) UK SALES: Delivery is normally by 1st Class post for orders up to £40.  Over £40, for security and speed of delivery, the “recorded signed for” service is required and must be selected on just one item purchased in an order.  Orders of over 2kg will be sent by courier for speed, reliability and usually a cheaper price.   If your order requires courier delivery a2znh will normally communicate with you to confirm details and ask for a daytime telephone contact number.
4(c) EU SALES: Deliver is by international Airmail for orders up to £40. With orders over £40, for security and speed of delivery, the “recorded signed for” service is required and must be selected on just one item purchased in an order.  A2znh contribute towards the Royal Mail fees and only charge £3.95.  Orders of over 2kg will be sent by courier as “recorded signed for” delivery is not available for orders over this weight.  If your order requires courier delivery a2znh will first communicate with you if necessary to confirm details and ask for a daytime telephone contact number.
Delivery/Postage Costs of individual items are calculated as closely as possible to reflect the actual price charged by the Royal Mail.  Combined shipping weights are not always calculated correctly by the eBay system and customers should not hesitate to “request amount” for a corrected invoice to be sent.
4(d) SWITZERLAND, CANARY ISLANDS, MONTE CARLO - Shipping terms and conditions are the same as 4(c) EU sales.
NORWAY - Shipping terms and conditions are the same as 4(c) EU but each package is limited to £22 (200kronor) plus postage.  If larger deliveries than this are required, please split into multiple orders at MAXIMUM £22 of product per package.
4(e) A2znh do not charge for packaging and never, intentionally, charge customers more than they are charged by the Royal Mail.
4(f) PLEASE NOTE. Vitamin and Supplements tubs are often too large to go through a normal letter box and your delivery address should be selected bearing this in mind. If there is any risk of no-one being available to receive the delivery, please consider using a business address, friends, relatives or local shopkeeper. Please note, if your delivery address is not “Confirmed” by PayPal, your items will not be covered for compensation if lost and in such cases we strongly recommend using recorded delivery. 
For security, a Royal Mail Proof of Posting Certificate is obtained by a2znh for every package sent.

5. Delivery Delay or Lost Items.
The vast majority of posted items are delivered in a reasonable timescale by the Royal Mail. However, once the package is handed over to the Royal Mail, the delivery times are outside of the control of a2znh and this must be accepted. 
If there is any delay or problems with the delivery of your goods, A2znh will supply a copy of the "Certificate (proof) of Posting" but beyond that, A2znh are unable to accept any responsibility for delays or loss caused by the Royal Mail until the Royal Mail's "claims waiting period" has expired.  The claims waiting period in the UK is 15 WORKING Days after due date of delivery (due date of delivery being 1-4 working days) and for the EU it is 20 WORKING Days after due date of delivery (due date of delivery being 5 working days).
NOTE: There are rarely problems with “recorded” delivery and never problems with couriers.
5(a) UK Delivery
For any non delivery claims for domestic UK post , the minimum timescale is currently 15 WORKING days beyond expected delivery date. This is essentially 4 weeks after dispatch notification before A2znh are able to make any claim against the Royal Mail on your behalf. 
For domestic orders, if your items have not been received within 7 days, please contact your local postal delivery depot to check that your postal delivery person has not forgotten to leave a "while you were out card" and then, if your order has still not arrived after 4 weeks, notify A2znh who will make a claim on your behalf,  replace or refund your order and start a Royal Mail investigation into the missing items.
Having been notified of dispatch, any failure to act on non-delivery of your goods may invalidate the ability for a2znh from making a claim and consequently nullify any refund  to which you would otherwise be entitled.
5(b) EU Delivery
Delivery to Italy, Germany and Greece are experiencing delays of up to 4 weeks at the moment as, we are told,  their customs departments are checking all packages which contain capsules or tablets etc. We are not experiencing any packages being returned but this delay is outside of our control and customers must accept this. 
Normally EU shipping time is within 5-14 working days but exceptions are not unusual.
The Royal Mail will not consider any item for compensation for EU delivery until 20 WORKING days have elapsed from date of EXPECTED delivery.  If your items have not arrived during this period, your first approach should be to your local delivery depot. At the end of the 20 working days, if the package has not arrived, please contact a2znh by email.

6. Correspondence & Communications
If you need to communicate with A2znh regarding your order, please ALWAYS QUOTE THE INVOICE NUMBER given on your "Order Confirmation" or "Dispatch Confirmation" e.g.11111-12345-99999. This will help speed up the response to your email. A2znh try to respond to all emails by the following working day. (Remember, If you have a SPAM security system, please list info@AtoZ-NaturalHealth.com and BigVits.co.uk as a contact/safe sender or you may not receive despatch notifications.)
We have been asked occasionally for a phone number for contact. A2znh don’t publish any phone contact details as, being totally internet based,  a2znh does not have reception facilities or a normal sales desk.

7. Return of goods
A2znh operate a 30 Day returns policy. However, because of the nature of the product, and without exception, returns can only be accepted if the security seals are intact and goods are returned to the address given within 30 days of original order.
Before returning any item, contact info@AtoZ-NaturalHealth.com  by email and you will be sent the relevant returns address and authorization number. 
When the returned goods are received back into stock at a2znh in good condition, a refund will be issued for the full price of the item.  Shipping costs are only refunded if a mistake has occurred on the part of a2znh. It is recommended returns are sent by recorded delivery as the return product is the buyer’s responsibility until received by a2znh.
Any goods which are ordered specially from the manufacturers at the request of the customer cannot be returned and such special orders are made on that condition.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. 

8. Limitations of use
Products sold by A2znh are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. 
A2znh do not manufacture the goods sold and rely totally on the accuracy of the information given by the supplier in good faith and this must be recognised and accepted by the buyer.
A2znh do not give medical opinions or advise customers and no comment or entry anywhere in the products listed by a2znh or communications by email or eBay message system may be taken as such.    
Customers must always check with their own professional medical advisor or GP before taking any medication. Customers must rely on their own expertise and that of their personal medical advisors as to the use and suitability of products purchased. Customers should always carefully check all the details printed on the tub before opening the product. 
Providing a product for sale does not imply the recommendation by A2znh of that product or its suitability, effectiveness or safety for any use whatsoever. 
Testimonials, Reviews email and Newsletter narratives are given for interest only. It must be accepted that these are not medical opinions and cannot replace the need for a customer to receive their own specific advice regarding their condition and appropriate medication from their own professional health care advisor.

9. UK & EU Customs and Import Regulations
The vast majority of items sold by a2znh are imported from America. All items are imported to the EU, through the UK, and have all taxes paid. A2znh do not knowingly import any items which are not legally available within the EU.
Items which are subsequently shipped out of the United Kingdom are on the understanding that the customer has investigated the import regulations of their country and are requesting products, sizes, quantities and values which fall within the regulations of the county to which they request their order to be sent. If any package is delayed, rejected or destroyed by the import authorities of the customer’s country, the customer will not be entitled to any compensation from a2znh and will be responsible for any loss or costs incurred by a2znh. 

10. Complaints, Feedback & Customer Care.
A2znh is passionate about customer care but, being human, can make an occasional error and this must be accepted. If we do make a mistake, please tell us and we will do all within our control to solve the problem. 
If you have any problems or concerns about the service you have received, please contact A2znh immediately by email at info@AtoZ-NaturalHealth.com  giving your invoice number and details of your concern together with an email address and telephone number at which you can be contacted during working hours GMT.
Please do not ever leave negative feedback as this complicates the situation for both the seller and the buyer and is not necessary.   Any problems will always be solved.

11. Feedback
As soon as you have placed your order and a2znh has received payment, you will be sent a very positive feedback.
We ask that you do the same for a2znh when you receive your goods so we know they have arrived safely.
If you have any worries (other than the Royal Mail), please contact us by email, we will make sure the problem is sorted out to the best of our ability.
PLEASE NOTE, a2znh positive feedback score is 100%, which is to say less than 1 in every 1,000 customers have been unhappy with our service and even those were because of poor service from the Postal Authorities – overall,  a record of which we are very proud.
