What size room can you use this kit?

Building regulations require a minimum of 15 l/s (litres per second) for residential toilets, bathrooms and shower rooms. In our opinion, this is far to low for modern living.

Ventilation designers work using air change rates, which is a far more accurate way to provide the right ventilation rate for the right room. The recommended air change rate for bathrooms, toilets and wet rooms is 8 - 12 air changes an hour. All of our kits are selected using the same principles.

We now consider our bathrooms as an extension to our living area. We are using power showers, more efficient boilers or we spend more time simply showering! When selecting this fan kit we have taken these things into consideration and recommend to use in the following size room:
