Questions about the item:
I welcome questions on my items for sale. I sell a variety of different items and I am, by no means, an expert on everything but I will do my best to give you as much information as possible about the item.
Postage and Insurance:
Everything I sell is described accurately and I take a lot of care in packaging all my items properly so that they get to you in the same condition as they left me (see the comments made about this in my feedback).
However, I cannot be held responsible for any damage in transit if the item is not covered by insurance. If you would like this (at buyer's expense), please contact me if you buy the item and I will happily arrange this for you if possible. I generally post the following day.
I have quoted (and will invoice you) for UK 2nd class or standard parcels postage (dependent on weight) but I am happy to use any postage option. Contact me to let me know if you would prefer Special or Recorded Delivery and I will let you know the price.
My shipping costs allow for safe packaging and handling costs. If you are unhappy with the postage quote do not buy the item.
For items lost in the post, We will ONLY send all receipts of postage for you to forward any claim. If in any doubt please check with me first, before bidding.

Paying for your item:
Please pay within 7 days of the auction ending (unless otherwise agreed via email). Payments not received within that time period will result in the item being re-listed. . I accept payment in paypal, UK personal cheques and UK Postal Orders. I will not wait until your cheque clears except (at my discretion) for more valuable items or where the buyer has received negative, or less than 10 positive feedbacks from sellers.
Keeping you informed:
There is nothing worse than not knowing what’s happening once you have won an item. I will send you an invoice within 24 hours of an auction ending and I will mark the ‘item as dispatched’ as soon as posted. I will leave feedback and would appreciate it if you would do the same for me.
I pride myself on satisfied customers, if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me prior to leaving feedback as I will always endeavor to resolve any issues.
I am sure you will be satisfied with your purchase. However If you feel your item has been misrepresented in any way I will happily accept return of the item and I will reimburse you for the purchase price on receipt. I cannot refund postage / shipping costs.
