RETURNS

Delivery 

We ship all over the world.  All goods in stock will be dispatched within 24 hours. Items will be sent by Royal Mail from the UK.

All overseas goods will be shipped with insurance.

Royal Mail try to deliver within 1-3 days (UK);
3-5 days (EU); 5-8 days (non-EU, worldwide), However there can be delays beyond our control.

if we have not been notified of the item been missing within a 30 day period starting from the date the item was despatched.

Refunds & Returns

All returns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Items must be returned in original packaging & unused.

We do not accept returns on Lingierie, Hosiery, Wigs, Hats, Moustaches etc,  so please order carefully.

Any items Won in an auction style listing are excluded from the distance selling laws, and will not be accepted for refund.

Any item that has been acdepted by us to be returned will be refunded less a 15% re stocking & admin fee.

Postage is non-refundable.
