UNWANTED OR UNSUITABLE PRODUCTS If you buy a product and wish to return it because it is unwanted or unsuitable, please notify us within 14 days of receiving it, we accept returns of all products.
All returned items must be in their original unspoilt packaging and in a saleable condition.
If the product is not received by us in its original condition we will be unable to refund for it and you will have to pay for its return to you. Please be extra careful when returning fragile items as we can only refund for them if they are in a unbroken and in saleable condition.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS If you wish to return an item that is faulty, then please contact us using the email address at the top of our webpages, and include as much information as possible. We will reply to you to get any extra information that we may need, which may include photos of the product and the packaging. Please do not return anything until we say, as this may prevent us from being able to deal with your request..

Please ensure your data is wiped or back up via your operating system before sending your device to us. Our repairs are done in a professional manner but we cannot guarantee data will be on the device on return to you. We do not offer a data recovery service. Pin Locks and passwords must be removed before you send your device to us. We advise that all sim cards, memory cards and accessories are taken off the device before sending to us for repair, as we will not be liable for the loss. We may need to update your iOS to ensure the repair is carried out correctly.
By sending your mobile device to Universalgadgets, you agree to release us from all claims, damages or losses with respect to the mobile device, any data stored therein or on any media used in conjunction with the mobile device (This could be in the form of personal details, SMS, photos, games, songs or other data). We accept no responsibility in relation to the security, protection, confidentiality or use of such data and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that such data is removed from the mobile device before sending the device to Universalgadgets.
With all refurbished devices we offer a warranty period, if for any reason there is any issues with your used refurbished items during the warranty period please contact us through eBay for a resolution.
The warranty does not cover for accidental damage and if the device is taken to a third party this will void the warranty we provide.
We reserve the right to repair rather than replace under the the terms of your warranty. If a repair is not feasable a replacement will be sent.
If a replacement is sent, the warranty continues and a new warranty will not be issued, the IMEI will be updated within the database
With all refurbished phones sold, we give our customers a 14 day money back guarantee, if you are unsatisfied with the device, you have 14 days in which you can return the mobile device, and get a refund if required. The 14 days starts from the day the customer receives the mobile device, if for any reason the item is exchanged or repaired this does not restart the 14 days. The customer has 30 days from the date they receive the phone initially to exchange the refurbished mobile device, after these 30 days, the device can only be returned for repair.
