Refurbished items are customer returns. A large proportion of these items have never been used. They might for example, be unwanted gifts or products where customers have simply changed their mind which have then been returned.
They have been checked, inspected, repaired (if necessary), graded and reboxed (if necessary) complete with all accessories. They may have minor cosmetic marks that do not affect or hinder the functionailty in any way. All refurbished items will be clearly marked in the description. In some cases the item will still be in the original retail packaging which may be damaged, marked or scuffed also some of the internal packaging may not be original. Refurbished products represent excellent value for money with our 12 months return to base warranty. You can purchase safe in the knowledge these products have been rigorously checked, failure rate on refurbished products is actually lower than on new products!

Q-How long do deliveries take?
A-Once we receive payment goods are normally dispatched by the next working day. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. If the item is sent out via courier this is normally delivered the next working day, some areas are 2 working days. Items dispatched via Royal Mail please allow up-to 5 days for delivery.
Q-How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
A-Once the item has been picked and packed an automated email will be sent detailing your order and also showing tracking details (if sent via courier). This link can then be clicked on and it will take you straight through to the parcel couriers tracking service.
Q-Do you deliver outside the UK?
A-Sorry at this stage we only deliver to UK mainland address's and do not sell outside the UK.
You can purchase with confidence from 3monkeys as all product, including refurbished product, is supplied with 12 months return to base warranty. Some new product is supplied with full manufacturer's warranty as detailed in the product manual.

Unwanted Purchase / Change of Mind
Please contact our customer service team via the returns resolution centre within eBay. You must contact us within 7 days after receipt of the item to advice you wish to return and cancel the order.
Returned items must be in there original packaging and be complete of all supplied accessories
The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance
Upon reciept and inspection of the product a full refund will be processed via the Paypal account used for the original purchase. Please allow 3-5 days for Paypal to process the refund
Faulty products within 28 days
If the item has developed a fault please firstly please accept our appologies and contact our customer service team firstname.lastname@example.org who will look to rectify the problem swiftly. We will offer the following solutions for you to choose from
An advance replacement product. We will ship out a replacement product (stock permitting) and also collect the faulty product. If we do not have stock of the item purchased an alternative replacement may be offered, if the price is different this will be advised by our customer service team who will advise if additional payment required or partial refund amount.
Collection and Refund. We will arrange to collect the product and upon receipt at our facility in Swansea, we will inspect and then issue a full refund. Please allow 2 working days for the product to be returned to us and upto 5 days for Paypal to process the refund.
